When you first arrive, we want to make sure that your care is thorough, detailed and truly personalized. After you walk up to our front desk, we’ll ask you to fill out your new patient forms if you have not done so already. We provide convenient hours so that you and your family members have time to visit, but we also do our best to provide same-day treatment when possible. Following your exam and cleaning (with time permitting), we’ll make sure you are scheduled for a future checkup.
Filling out new patient forms gives us a clear picture of your dental needs and puts them front and center. It also helps us personalize your care more, even if it’s your first time visiting. If you want to expedite your new patient appointment, please download, print and fill out your new patient forms. These are conveniently available on our website!

It’s an important priority for us that each patient knows what to expect following their dental procedure and the best ways to help their recovery process go smoothly. The good news is services like CareCredit make it easy to pay for these treatments in more manageable, monthly chunks. Whether you have additional payments to make that your insurance didn’t cover or you want a cosmetic smile makeover, you can typically get little to zero interest attached to your monthly payments via CareCredit!
At Brush Dental, we enjoy caring for smiles from all walks of life. If you’ve struggled to find a quality dental office to call home with your family’s Medicaid or CHIP coverage, look no further – you’re more than welcome here! Our team members can walk you through the coverage that’s available and which treatments will receive full or partial benefits so that you can make confident decisions about future care for yourself (adults under 21) or your children.
Even if you do not have a dental insurance plan, you can still get the care you need with our in-house savings plan: the Brush Dental Wellness Club. For one flat membership fee, you can get all of the forms of preventive care that you need and more. While a set number of dental exams, cleanings, and X-rays are guaranteed every year, you can also expect 30 percent off of all other treatment fees!
